About Us
My name is Betsy Colvin and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Founder of Anderson Clinical Services.
I work with people of all ages to help them overcome challenges and build the skills they need to live happier, healthier lives.
Life is already hard enough without the added weight of trauma, depression, anxiety, or self-harm. These struggles can feel overwhelming; not only for your teen or young adult but for your family as well.
Every person deserves a safe space to talk, feel heard, and learn how to manage life’s ups and downs. My goal is to be that supportive person on their team, and to walk alongside them through the therapeutic process and help relieve the burdens they’re carrying.
If you're in Indiana or Illinois and your teen or young adult could use support, I’d love to help. Feel free to call or text me at (708) 295-3502 or email betsy@andersonclinical.org to schedule an appointment.

Meet the Team
We are dedicated to serving your mental health needs and being a partner in your journey towards a life of inner-peace and fulfillment.

Therapist
Natalie Baur
In therapy, I take a collaborative and supportive approach, working alongside clients as a teammate in their journey toward self-healing and growth. I specialize in helping individuals with ADHD, Eating Disorders, Anxiety, and Depression.
My style as a therapist is compassionate, practical, and down-to-earth. I draw from both personal experience and clinical insight to help clients better understand their thoughts and behaviors, build effective coping strategies, and find balance in their daily lives.

Therapist
Noelle Deseno
I provide a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Using a client-centered approach that integrates CBT, mindfulness, and ACT, I help you identify triggers and set personalized goals for a healthier, more balanced life.
Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, women’s issues, trauma, addiction, or are exploring Christian faith in therapy, we’ll work together to build practical coping tools and create a path toward greater well-being and fulfillment.

Therapist
Kasey Melendy-Wood
I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and a space where clients should always feel safe to grow at their own pace. My approach is rooted in empathy, highlighting existing strengths, and ensuring individuals feel completely supported as we work hand-in-hand together to navigate life's stressors.
My focus is on guiding individuals and families through anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and behavioral patterns. By blending evidence-based tools like CBT and DBT with a trauma-informed lens, my goal is to help clients build self-assurance, develop functional coping skills, and work together toward personal empowerment and resilience.

Intake Coordinator
Carlene Parker
My name is Carlene Parker, and I’m proud to be part of the team at Anderson Clinical Services. As the Intake Coordinator, I help ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our clients and therapists can focus on what matters most: care and connection.
I assist with client intake, scheduling appointments, document prep and management, and supporting both our staff and clients throughout the process.
One of my key roles is helping new clients connect with the therapist who will best fit their needs and set them up for success in their therapeutic journey.
I take pride in staying organized, providing clear communication, and helping create a welcoming, efficient experience for everyone who reaches out to our practice.
